I need help on finding the maximum and minimum value of the function $g$.

I found the stationary points of g function by putting the first order conditions $=0$. I got $y=0$ and $x=z$. Also, the maximim value of f function is $f(0,0,0)=9.$

To find the minimum value I put these values in $g$ function $\ln(10-9)=\ln(1)=0$ But I am confused on the maximum value of $g$...
