By the Chain Rule, $\frac{df(x)}{dg(x)}\frac{dg(x)}{dx} = \frac{df(x)}{dx}$. Thus, $\boxed{\frac{df(x)}{dg(x)} = \frac{f'(x)}{g'(x)}}$
