THAI-HOC VU received the B.S. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication in 2018 from Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, Ho Chi Minh Campus (PTIT). From 2019 to January 2020, He was a hardware engineer of the Strategy, Research, and Development Department, Saigotourist Cable Television (SCTV). Since February 2020, He is a member of the Coding and Information Theory Laboratory (CIT-Lab) at the University of Ulsan, Korea.
